Cancellation Policy:

Ayureshwari has a liberal Cancellation Policy. Under this policy, cancellations will be considered as follows-

For prepaid orders customer will have to request “order cancelation” through the website. After receiving the order cancelation request form the customer, our team will process this request, under given scenario.

  1. First If the order has been already shipped, then the cancelation request shall be rejected, and hence no refund will be issued for such order. This hold good for all the order payments made via Credit/Debit card, UPI, Net-
  2. Second if the order has not been shipped yet then, an order cancelation request will be accepted and subsequent refund will be issued. This hold good for all the order payments made via Credit/Debit card, UPI, Net-

Conditions for Refund:

1. Only prepaid orders are eligible for refund.

Refunds are only possible in the cases of Cancellation of an order before being shipped. Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment for the prepaid orders.

Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded back to the same account within 5 – 7 business days from the date of order cancelation. Orders placed by net banking accounts will be credited back to the same bank account within 5 – 7 business days from the date of order cancellation.

Refund will be credited to your account within 5 to 7 business days. However it may take 2 to 3 days more to reflect in your bank account.

2. No COD orders will be refunded, whatever may be the case

We reserve all the right to change or update this Policy at any time without any prior intimation to you. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting on our Website. You are required to review the Policy regularly to keep yourself abreast of the changes, if any.
